Temporary heating is fully in place and functioning throughout the entire building for the winter season. The exterior terracotta paneling installation is now complete. The brick veneer installation and metal paneling installation are close to being complete. The window and curtain wall installation are ongoing along with the framing and drywall installation within the existing building. The framing and drywall installation within the new building is now complete. All other finishes are ongoing throughout the entirety of the building. The rough installation of the mechanical and electrical systems is complete, and the binder pavement has been placed on Oak Street.
