Tonight, Saturday November 23, is the final performance of LHS Theater's In the Heights and you don't want to miss the chance to see this high energy and talented cast perform. Show starts at 6pm in the Performing Arts Center at Lawrence High School.

Superintendents Scholar Award Fall 2024
Four LHS Senior Scholars were recognized, with a special award from the Massachusetts Association of Superintendents, during the National Honor Society Induction Ceremony. Pictured left to right are Seniors Saul Santos, Lesley Hernandez, Deputy Superintendent Carlos Matos, Seniors Angelica Castillo and Celine Bran. Congratulations to these Seniors for their pursuit of excellence in their High School careers.

Fall Festival at Tarbox 2024
Families enjoyed the fun at the 2rd Annual Fall Festival at the Tarbox School. Face painting by Abbott Lawrence students, balloon animals from the PTO and lots of great food brought by our parents. Thanks to everyone who made this happen!

Lancer Cheer MVC Champs for Fall 2024

Guilmette NJHS and Buddies Inclusion Science Project
For the past three weeks the NJHS at Guilmette Middle has been supporting the sub-separate students work on social skills, hand eye coordination and measuring distance all while forming great friendships. Over the next few weeks we will continue to work on measuring distance and how weight can impact throwing velocity by increasing the weight of the balls each week until Thanksgiving for our final turkey toss challenge!

Lancer Sports Have A Strong Week
Lancer Varsity Sports had a tremendous last week of regular season play. Girls soccer had a hard-fought tie, varsity football soundly beat Haverhill in their last home game, and girls volleyball brought home a win on Senior Night. Go Lancers!

Bruins and Scholastic Brought Books to Oliver
Retired Bruins Hockey player, Bob Sweeney read to two special classrooms at the Oliver Elementary School. These first graders were selected for excellent attendance! He talked with the students and read to them before they were able to select 3 books to take home. Thank you Bruins Foundation and Scholastic for bringing these special books to our students.
