The project has achieved substantial completion. Remaining work includes final sitework and landscape improvements. Prep and placement of the surrounding concrete sidewalks is ongoing, along with placement of pavers down Cardillo Way. Balancing operations of HVAC equipment are ongoing. Floor waxing and final building cleaning are being wrapped up.
