   • Update on receivership and Commissioner’s determination to name Dr. Lauren Woo, Deputy Commissioner, DESE as new receiver
   • Remarks from Dr. Woo
3. VOTES
   • Vote to terminate by mutual agreement the Memorandum of Understanding between the LAE and DESE establishing the LAE as receiver
   • Votes to voluntarily dissolve the LAE and to authorize counsel to file required paperwork.
4. ADJOURNMENT
